California rubber sheets,
gaskets & custom parts.

SoCal Rubber Co is a California rubber supplier based at 3303 E. Miraloma Avenue in Anaheim. We supply rubber rolls and sheets in eight compounds, rubber extrusions, and custom molded and stamped parts to buyers across Southern California and the U.S. West Coast. Every order is quoted individually and made to your specification.

Who we are

A California rubber company, based in Anaheim

SoCal Rubber was founded in 2021 by a team with over 40 years of combined experience in the rubber industry. We work from our warehouse at 3303 E. Miraloma Avenue, Suite 185, in Anaheim, and we serve customers throughout Southern California and the U.S. West Coast. Distributors and wholesalers are welcome alongside the manufacturers and maintenance teams who use the rubber themselves.

We are not a catalog with a price list. Every roll is made to order in the width, Duro and thickness you need, and every custom part is quoted against your drawing. Tell us what the rubber has to do, and we'll help you match a compound to the job before you commit to an order.

Gaskets & seals

Gasket and rubber supply in California, from sheet to molded part

A rubber gasket starts one of two ways: cut from sheet, or molded to a shape. We supply both. For flat gaskets, pads and liners, we make rubber sheet and rolls in the compound, Duro and thickness the job calls for. For O-rings, hoses, seals and shaped gaskets, our custom molded and stamped parts run from prototype through production, quoted against your drawing.

The compound matters more than the shape. Nitrile resists solvents, gasoline and oils, which makes it a common choice for sealing. EPDM handles heat, ozone and chemicals, and suits outdoor sealing and insulation. Viton is built for high temperatures and harsh chemicals. If you are not sure which one your gasket needs, describe the application and we'll talk it through.

Rubber gaskets for Ontario, California and the Inland Empire

Ontario and the rest of the Inland Empire are part of the Southern California area we serve from Anaheim. If you need rubber gaskets in Ontario, California, whether cut from sheet or molded to a drawing, send us the specification by phone, email or the quote form, and we'll come back with a detailed quote and accurate lead times.

A gasket request moves faster when it includes:

  • The compound, or the conditions the gasket has to survive: temperature, oil, weather or chemicals
  • The Duro (hardness) you need, between 35° and 85° Shore A
  • The thickness of the material
  • A drawing, a spec sheet, or the dimensions of the part you are replacing
  • The quantity, from a prototype to a production run

Eight rubber compounds, each roll made to order

We stock eight compounds and make every roll to order in your width, Duro and thickness. These are the temperature ranges we state for each:

  • EPDM, -40°F to 270°F: resistant to heat, ozone and chemicals, for insulation, sealing and outdoor applications.
  • Neoprene, -30°F to 250°F: known for temperature resistance and strong adhesion to metals.
  • Nitrile, -30°F to 250°F: designed for hydrocarbon-based applications, resisting solvents, gasoline and oils.
  • Silicone, 95°F to 430°F: ideal for high-temperature work; non-toxic and odorless.
  • Viton, -30°F to 540°F: resistance to high temperatures and chemicals for extreme conditions.
  • SBR with fabric insertion, -20°C to 80°C: a durable rubber that withstands water, steam, dust and sand.
  • Red rubber: a versatile, economical material for seals, pads and general industrial use.
  • Natural gum rubber: flexibility, high resilience and abrasion resistance for seals, pads and liners.

We don't publish a stock list or a price list, because each roll is cut to your specification and quoted individually. The one exception is a limited neoprene overstock at our Anaheim warehouse. Quantities change, so call to confirm before you plan around it. For a step-by-step guide to writing a sheet order, see how to order custom-cut rubber sheet.

Beyond the roll

More California rubber products from the same team

Sheet rubber and gaskets are only part of what we supply. From the same Anaheim warehouse we also offer:

  • Rubber extrusions: custom profiles from 35° to 85° Shore A, with spongy, bicomponent and tricomponent options in multiple colors.
  • PVC strip curtains for warehouses, cold storage and manufacturing facilities.
  • Wheel stops and speed bumps for parking safety and traffic control.
  • Gym flooring for weight rooms, fitness studios and commercial gyms, as rolls or interlocking tiles.
  • Stamped and molded parts, including gaskets, O-rings and hoses, from prototype through production.

Our rubber goes into work across automotive and transportation, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, electronics, food and beverage processing, construction, medical, energy, marine and consumer products. See the industries we serve for how each one uses it.
